Return requests should be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To be eligible for return, the product must be:
- unused
- undamaged
- in its original packaging
- complete with all accessories and items included
Opened, used, damaged, incomplete, or hygiene sensitive items may not be accepted for return.
Items that cannot be returned include:
- personal care products
- beauty and skincare items
- underwear or hygiene-related products
- opened electronics or accessories
- damaged items caused by misuse
If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately with clear photos and your order number.
Approved refunds or exchanges will be handled after inspection of the returned item.
